What are the dimensions and capacity?

Small and Large cubes are the same for both Pro + Sport. (See the dimension drawing on the main campaign page.)

How much do the cubes weigh?

Sport Small: 2.0 oz (56.9 g) Large: 2.7 oz (77.6 g)

Pro Small: 3.2 oz (90.9 g) Large: 4.5 oz (128.7 g)

What are the materials?

The only difference between the Pro and Sport is the main fabric, but both are 100% polyester and made with ripstop nylon. They are not waterproof.

All the trims and other materials are the same on all cubes:

Fabric: ripstop nylon polyester (different color options) Side panels: black nylon polyester mesh Strap: soft, lightweight but durable polyester webbing Strap fastener: snag-resistant super low profile hook & loop Hardware: branded plastic buckle adjuster and D ring Zipper: full length side zip for easy access Top loop: same fabric as the cube itself (size Small cubes only) Top handle: same fabric as the strap (size Large cubes only)

What are the care instructions?

The BluffCube is easy to care for — though you shouldn’t need to do much.

If you want to wash it, first attach the strap to the inner flap (via self-fastener patch). Then machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Lay flat or tumble dry low, and remove immediately.

Here’s a list of don’ts: no chlorine bleach, fabric softener, ironing, or dry cleaning. In case you were eager to hassle with your packing cubes, we’re sorry. They’re easy care, like everything else we make.

Where are BluffCubes made?

The cubes are made in China. Our products are designed in NYC and manufactured in multiple locations around the world. Our fabrics are highly specialized, and to ensure the highest quality in material and production, we select production locations that are most favorable to each item.

Do I pay domestic shipping?

Domestic shipping will be charged at the time of pledge. $8 flat rate fee will apply to shipments in the United States on Rewards 1-5.

Pledges for Rewards 6-8 will receive FREE shipping to the United States.

Do I pay international shipping, duty, customs, or fees?

As a creator of five Kickstarter campaigns, we know international shipping can be complicated. As a result, we have developed a system that 1) is duty-free to many international destinations, and 2) enables you to receive your BluffCube without paying additional fees when your package arrives.

Here’s how the process will work:

PART 1: KICKSTARTER - SHIPPING COST We will collect international shipping fees when you pledge in Kickstarter. Shipping is available to over 40 countries, and the shipping cost is a flat rate by destination for all rewards; typically $20 - $30. Shipping is calculated and charged when you make your pledge on Kickstarter.

PART 2: BACKER SURVEY - DUTY AND TAXES IMPORT DUTY = DUTY FREE TO MANY COUNTRIES. We are able to ship duty free to: Australia / Most of the EU / The UK / Singapore / Hong Kong / New Zealand / Israel / Japan (up to $91). Some other countries collect various levels of duty, the cost of which will be calculated and charged when you complete your backer survey after the campaign.

TAX / VAT Taxes required by your country are typically charged upon import. All taxes will be calculated and charged when you complete your backer survey after the campaign.

PART 3: HOW MUCH WILL IT BE? Can I return my BluffCubes?

No. We do not accept returns of Kickstarter products. By backing us on Kickstarter, you’re helping bring this product to life — and we appreciate it.

Can I exchange my BluffCubes?

The BluffCube Sport may be exchanged for a different color of the same size Sport within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Customer pays shipping for both the return and replacement. Contact [email protected] to request the exchange.

The BluffCube Pro is only offered in one color and is not eligible for exchange.

Can I order other Bluffworks products with my BluffCube and save on shipping costs?

Because the BluffCube is being launched initially as a Kickstarter Campaign, it is being fulfilled separately and cannot be combined with any other Bluffworks products for shipping.

After the campaign closes, we’ll send you a backer survey to choose your colors. In the survey, you may also buy additional individual cubes (limited quantities available of add-on cubes, while supplies last).

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
